MAPI Professional Cleaning Solutions LLC (“MAPI”, “we”, “us”) provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Miami, Florida and the surrounding Miami-Dade area. This policy explains what we collect through mapiproclean.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, email or message us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address or description of the space to be cleaned, the service and frequency you want, and anything else you choose to write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and which site or ad referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies described below.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a quote, and to schedule and deliver the cleaning services you request.
- To contact you about your request, your appointments or your account.
- To improve our website, our service scopes and our response times.
- To measure and improve our advertising, so we spend less showing ads to people who do not want them.
- To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Our cleaning teams, limited to what they need to reach and service your space.
- Authorities or advisers, when we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell or rent your information to data brokers.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about work we performed. Client records are kept as long as the account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax, insurance and other legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, correct information we hold about you, or delete information we no longer need. Email info@mapiproclean.com and tell us what you would like us to do. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; you can also reply STOP to text messages.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and residents of other states may have similar rights under their own laws. To exercise any of them, contact us at the address below. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children’s privacy
Our services and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections on this website and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
