The honest answer is that it depends on three things: how many people walk through the door, what they do once they are inside, and how quickly dirt becomes visible on your surfaces. Here is how we size it for clients across Miami-Dade.
Small offices under 2,000 sq ft
With fewer than fifteen people, twice a week usually holds the space. Restrooms and the kitchen are what drive the schedule, not the desks. If your team eats lunch in the office every day, move to three times a week before you consider anything else.
Medium offices, 2,000 to 10,000 sq ft
Three visits a week is the common baseline, with restrooms serviced every visit. Once you pass forty people, daily service almost always works out cheaper per person, because the crew stops fighting accumulated grime and starts maintaining.
High-traffic and client-facing spaces
Reception areas, showrooms and anywhere clients wait should be cleaned daily. It is the cheapest reputation insurance you can buy: visitors judge your business by the glass door and the restroom, not by the parts you spend the most on.
What Miami adds to the equation
Humidity and salt air are real factors here. Glass spots faster near the water, entrance mats hold more moisture, and air vents collect dust more quickly than they would inland. If you are within a few blocks of the bay, plan on more frequent glass and entry work than a comparable office further west.
A quick rule of thumb
Count your restrooms and multiply by the number of daily users. If any single restroom serves more than twenty-five people a day, it needs daily attention no matter what the rest of your schedule looks like.
