Downtown buildings vary more than anywhere else in Miami-Dade. A 1920s office floor and a glass tower two blocks away need different products, different equipment and different hours, so we walk the space before quoting rather than pricing it by square footage alone.
Access is the part that usually decides the schedule. Street parking is limited, garages close, and several buildings only allow vendor access on set nights. We build the schedule around those constraints up front so visits do not get turned away at the door, and we keep the same crew on a building once it learns the route.
