Most delays in Aventura have nothing to do with the cleaning. Associations require vendor registration and insurance on file, service elevators have to be reserved, and move-in and move-out work is often restricted to weekday hours. We deal with the association before the date is set, so a booked visit is a visit that happens.
Inside the unit, high-rise living concentrates the work in a few places: glass and balconies that face weather all year, kitchens and bathrooms in constant use, and closets and storage during a turnover. Recurring visits keep the first two under control; move-in and move-out cleans are quoted separately because they are a different scope, not a longer version of the same one.
