Salt spray is constant here, and it does not wait. It comes in on shoes and through open doors, leaves a film on floors and counters, dulls stainless fixtures and appliances, and works its way into grout. Clearing it on a regular schedule is cheaper than any of the repairs that follow, so on the island we build it into the recurring scope instead of selling it separately.
Access is the other island detail. There is one causeway on and off, which shapes arrival times, and most buildings and several residences run their own vendor and gate procedures. We confirm both when the visit is booked, and we schedule outside the worst of the bridge traffic so a crew is not sitting in a car on your time.
