Salt spray is constant here, and it does not wait. Left on glass it etches, on stainless and aluminium it pits, and on door and window tracks it seizes the hardware. Regular attention to glass, railings, frames and tracks is cheaper than any of the repairs that follow, so on the island we build it into the recurring scope instead of selling it separately.
Access is the other island detail. There is one causeway on and off, which shapes arrival times, and most buildings and several residences run their own vendor and gate procedures. We confirm both when the visit is booked, and we schedule outside the worst of the bridge traffic so a crew is not sitting in a car on your time.
