Wynwood interiors are mostly hard surfaces left deliberately exposed: polished or sealed concrete, brick, steel and raw wood. They photograph well and they show every mark, and the aggressive products people reach for will dull a sealed floor for good. We treat the finish as part of the brief and use the pad and dilution that floor was sealed for.
The other pattern here is the calendar. Openings, markets and weekend crowds put a month of wear into two days, and the space usually has to be presentable again by the next morning. We schedule overnight resets after events and keep a recurring baseline in between, which costs less than repairing a floor that was stripped by the wrong chemical.
